Return Policy

At Mod Swim customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your garment does not fit please contact us so we may provide you with a return authorization number. 

Your MOD garment(s) must be clean and unworn.

All return must occur within 10 days of receipt. 

 Items may be exchanged for another suit or product only once.

Custom orders can not be returned nor exchanged.

After that buyer pays all shipping and a restocking fee of 10%.

We do not offer refunds.
